Please note: Ticket and travel packages to Defqon.1 Festival are sold separately. Also note that the Sanctuary Campground is accessible only to guests who have booked a Sanctuary accommodation.

  • How do I book?

    Select the comfort option you wish and add to basket (dont forget you need a regular or premium tour package too!) proceed to the checkout and make your purcahse

  • Are payment plans available?

    Monthly Payment plans are available and the final payment is due on the 5th of May 2024. The monthly payment plan options will be removed as necessary as the months count down. Each payment will be taken monthly on the same date as the initial payment. See the payment plan option on this page for more info.

  • Do I have to pay a damage deposit?

    Several accommodations require a deposit, which you will receive back after Defqon.1 if the accommodation is left in good state. Each deposit amount is mentioned on the web page of the accommodation. The deposit needs to be paid prior to Defqon.1 and online, you will receive an e-mail 3 weeks prior to Defqon.1 with further instructions. All the information regarding the deposit can be found in the confirmation e-mail. Please note that the deposit is not included in the package price.

  • What happens if I miss a payment?

    Don't worry you can head to the payment plan section, in my account on the ravetours.com website and make a manual payment there.

  • What happens if I need to cancel?

    All purchases fall under our 7-day refund policy, after the 7 days full payment for your option is required. Please refer to our FAQ's page for more information. If you are paying as part of the installment scheme, you will lose your first payment.

  • I need to change the name on the booking how do I do this?

    If you need to make a change to your booking simply let us know your order number and the new details of the person you are changing to. These details must include: name, phone number and email. There will be a £25 Administration fee for name changes. Names can be changed up until the day of the event.

  • I want to camp near my friends, can you arrange this?

    All pitches are pre-arranged through Q-Dance. We always ask for our groups to be as close to each other as possible. To enhance your chances of been near your friends make sure you check in at the same time.

  • Can I book extra items with my Travel & Stay package, such as breakfast?

    Breakfast and other extra items can be pre-ordered. Rave Tours staff will arrange this closer to the date of the festival. Information on extras will be sent via e-mail closer to the time of the event.

  • How do we travel to Defqon 1 Festival?

    All ravers in either The Highlands or The Sanctuary camping ground will travel together on a dedicated coach. This allows you to meet people in your campsites too!

  • How do I find my camping area?

    The Highlands and the Sanctuary are clearly marked through out the Wasted Grounds (The camping area) make your way to the check in where there will be Q-Dance and Rave Tours staff to assist you.

  • Can I visit other campsites?

    No, only if you have a Sanctuary wristband. Guests at the Highlands campsite are not allowed into the Sanctuary camp site. People who are in the GIS campsite are not permitted into either the Sanctuary or Highlands campsites.

Defqon and Decibel - These 2 festivals were an absolutely unreal experience! I cannot fault anything about them and that’s mainly down to how Nick & the crew organise everything, from transport & providing camping equipment. The great communication back and forth shows they do everything they can to keep you updated and provide you with great customer service. Can’t recommend them enough and can’t wait to do more in the near future with them 🙌🏻🙌🏻
