Please read these terms carefully before placing your order. They outline important details about who we are, how we provide our services, your rights and obligations, and steps to take if there is a problem.

These terms govern the agreement between you and Rave Tours for the supply of products and services.

- “Writing” Includes Emails: References to “writing” or “written” in these terms include communication via email.
Our Contract With You
- Order Acceptance: A contract is formed when we confirm your order. You will receive confirmation via email or other written communication.
- If We Can’t Accept Your Order: In cases where we cannot accept your order (e.g., due to stock issues, resource limitations, or pricing errors), we will notify you in writing and will not charge you for the product.
Our Services and Your Responsibilities
- What We Provide:
- We arrange and book travel, tickets, and access to events, and festivals across Europe.
- Specific inclusions will be detailed in your order.
- We do not provide travel insurance, medical advice, or legal travel documentation (e.g., passports, visas). You are responsible for ensuring these are in place.
- Accommodation: Unless explicitly mentioned in your order, accommodation (e.g., hotels) is not included. You are responsible for booking suitable accommodation for the correct dates. We are not liable for any costs resulting from errors in your accommodation arrangements.
Your Responsibilities:
- To ensure smooth delivery of services, you must:
- Provide accurate personal details for all party members (full name, email, address, date of birth).
- Arrive on time at meeting points as stated in your travel itinerary.
- Notify Rave Tours Staff if you are late or unable to attend the tour.
- Avoid arriving intoxicated at meeting points.
- Carry photo ID and follow all instructions provided by tour stewards.
- Treat Rave Tours staff, event staff, and contractors with respect and dignity.
- Refrain from carrying prohibited items (e.g., drugs, weapons, explosives) or engaging in disruptive behavior during transport or at events.
- Dispose of rubbish responsibly, both at meeting points and on transport. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee.
Failure to meet these obligations may result in denied entry to the event or travel, without refund or compensation.
Making Changes to the Contract
- Your Changes:
- Contact us to request changes to your order. If changes are possible, we will inform you of any impact on pricing, timing, or other details.
- Name changes for attendees incur a £15 administration fee.
- Reselling tickets is permitted, but you may not charge more than £10 above the original ticket price.
- Our Changes:
- Minor changes may be made to comply with legal, regulatory, or logistical requirements (e.g., security updates or third-party service adjustments).
- For significant changes (e.g., event date changes), we will notify you. You may then request a credit note for unused services, redeemable for future events.
Travel, Tickets, and Itineraries
- Travel Tickets: Emailed after payment. These must be presented at the event meeting point.
- Event Tickets and Itineraries: Provided at least two weeks before the event, subject to full payment.
- Delays Beyond Our Control:
- If delays occur due to circumstances outside our control, we will notify you promptly and work to minimize disruption.
- If delays are substantial, you may request a credit note for future use.
Ending the Contract
- Your Rights to End the Contract:
- You can end the contract if:
- We make significant changes to the product or terms that you do not agree with.
- We notify you of a pricing or description error, and you choose not to proceed.
- You have a legal right to cancel due to our actions.
- You may cancel within 7 days of order confirmation. However, cancellation is not permitted once services are completed. If you cancel after services have started, you must pay for services provided and any associated costs (e.g., travel tickets).
- You can end the contract if:
- How to Cancel: Notify us via phone, email, or post. Provide your name, order details, and contact information.
Credit Notes
- Credit notes are subject to the following conditions:
- Maximum value: £60.
- Non-transferable without prior written consent.
- Valid for 36 months, with an optional 12-month extension upon request.
Payments and Pricing
- Payment Terms: Payment is due within 7 days of order acceptance unless otherwise agreed. We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, and Mastercard.
- Late Payments: Overdue payments incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.
- Pricing Errors: If we identify a pricing error, we will notify you. You may cancel or proceed at the correct price.
Liability
- Our Responsibility:
- We are liable for death or injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your legal rights.
- For all other claims, liability is limited.
- Business Use Exclusion: We provide services for personal use only. We are not liable for business-related losses (e.g., lost profits, business interruptions).
Personal Information
- Data Use: Your data is processed in line with our Privacy Policy.
- Marketing: We may send marketing materials to you or your party members. You can opt out at any time.
Other Important Terms
- Transfers:
- We may transfer our rights and obligations to another organization without affecting your rights.
- You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our written consent.
- Severability: If any part of this contract is deemed illegal, the remaining terms remain valid.
- Jurisdiction: This contract is governed by English law. Legal proceedings can be brought in English, Scottish, or Northern Irish courts, depending on your location.
