When will I receive my bracelet?
You will receive your unique Legendary Warrior Bracelet when you check in at the bus meet. More information about bracelets will be included in your booking confirmation.

The bus meet will begin at 10:00am. The tour host will be present from this time to begin checking attendees in. At 10:30am, we will conduct a roll call to confirm that everyone is present. The bus is scheduled to depart for Defqon.1 Festival at 11am sharp.

The early group of return buses are scheduled to arrive back at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport on Monday 29th June at approximately 12pm.
The later group of return buses are scheduled to arrive back at Amsterdam Arena Park on Monday 29th June at approximately 3pm.

How do I get to Ibis Hotel Pattaya, from the Airport?
Once you arrive at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), getting to Ibis Pattaya is simple and flexible, depending on your travel style and budget. ✨

The easiest and most comfortable option. A taxi or ride service will take you directly from the airport to the hotel in approximately 1.5–2 hours, depending on traffic.
Airport Transfer Service:

Public Transport Option:
For those who enjoy a little adventure and want a more budget-friendly way to travel, public transport is also available from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK) to Pattaya.

What do I do once I arrive at Ibis Hotel, Pattaya?
What happens next depends on what time you arrive — but rest assured, your journey will be smooth and well guided. ✨
Check-in at Ibis Pattaya begins at 15:00. A friendly Rave Tours representative will be waiting in the hotel foyer from 14:00 to welcome you, answer any questions, and help you prepare for check-in.
If you arrive before 14:00, you’re welcome to store your luggage in the hotel’s designated luggage area. This gives you the freedom to explore the local surroundings, relax in the hotel lounge/bar, or enjoy the nearby beach and cafés while you wait.
Once check-in opens, you can collect your room key, settle in, and take some time to recharge before the adventure truly begins.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in at Ibis Pattaya begins on Thursday 10th December from 15:00.
A friendly Rave Tours representative will be in the hotel foyer from 14:00 to welcome you, assist with any questions, and help you prepare for check-in.
Check-out will take place on Tuesday 15th December by 12:00.
Our Rave Tours representative will also be in the foyer from 11:00 to wish you a safe journey home and thank you for being part of this unforgettable Tomorrowland Thailand adventure.

How do I get from Ibis Pattaya to the Festival on each day?
All of our experiences include professionally organised coach transport on each day of the festival — Friday, Saturday, and Sunday — so you can travel with ease and focus on the magic ahead.
Coaches will depart from Ibis Pattaya throughout the afternoon between 12:00 and 16:00, giving you flexibility to choose when you’d like to head to the festival each day.
At the end of the night, our coaches will be waiting for you at a pre-arranged meeting point at the festival site from 23:00 onwards, ensuring a smooth and safe return journey to the hotel once the music comes to an end.

How will I receive my Treasure Case?
For guests based in the UK, your Tomorrowland Treasure Case will be carefully posted to you once we receive them directly from Tomorrowland — so you can hold a piece of the magic in your hands before your journey even begins.
For guests travelling from outside the UK, Treasure Cases cannot be shipped internationally. Instead, you will receive your unique Tomorrowland Thailand festival bracelet when you check in at the hotel in Pattaya.

We provide a 7-day refund period for all tour bookings, starting from the date of your initial booking. During this period, you are entitled to a full refund of the tour price, no questions asked.
