Once you’ve bought your tour package, you’ll be added to our Rave Tour WhatsApp group. All you need to do is confirm your name and booking confirmation number to ensure it’s you. You’ll receive your ticket as a PDF via WhatsApp or email within 4 weeks before the event.

All festival tickets will be sent directly to you via WhatsApp or email within 4 weeks before the event.

We have a 100% guaranteed delivery service. Your tickets will be delivered to you in time, but if for any reason you don’t get them, contact our team for us to look into it.

You will receive the travel itinerary 2 weeks in advance. This will include details like where we’ll pick you up before and after the event as well as other important information you might need to know.

All packages are tour specific but usually, we offer a VIP or general admission package for your chosen event. VIP packages include express entrance, VIP viewing decks, an exclusive bar and toilets. Make sure to check out our event page to see what we have on offer for those looking to go VIP!

If you’ve already got your tickets organised, we can assist with travel to some events and festivals.

Yes, please bring your ID with you. You will need it for entrance to the bus and also into the event.

The name on the booking must match the name on your ID or you will be refused entry or have to pay £39.99 for a name change.

Raver Saver is a savings scheme that lets you put away money into a secure savings pot. This helps you save up for future events before tickets are released, meaning you can pay in advance rather than on the spot. Please note that Tomorrowland is not included in the Raver Saver scheme.

Ticket Amendments

We’ll refund your tour package ticket within 14 days of purchasing it. If it has been longer than this, please contact our team, and we’ll see what we can do to help. 

If your tickets have arrived, we can’t refund you at this time.

Yes. You can give your ticket to any other party-loving friend or family member! Please get in touch with us and provide their name and contact details so we can make the required changes on our side.

If you want to make your own way to the event, please let us know so we can take you off the register. Any spare seats will be eagerly taken so don’t forget to tell us! If you only want to travel to the event and not back (or vice versa), that’s fine with us. Please contact us so we are aware at first opportunity


Every event or festival has a different location so please make sure to check the specific event details or travel information that we’ll send to you via email or WhatsApp.

As you’ll be travelling by coach, you’ll be dropped off in the coach parking area. It’s always close to the entrance so we promise you won’t be far from raving!

The journey time varies depending on the event but usually, it takes under 2 hours to get there including traffic.

Yes, you can bring drinks, food and anything else to get you ready for your event! No open containers or glass bottles are permitted on the coach.

All coach seats are open to everyone on the tour. Sit with your friends or make new ones within the group!

This will depend on the coach provider so if there isn’t an available toilet, we’ll make sure to stop at nearby service stations for you.


Bring what you need but be mindful, you’ll need to carry it all! We recommend packing light and taking either a travel case or rucksack so you don’t have too much on hand. When you get on the coach, we will store your luggage in a secure luggage compartment.

We remind everyone to take all their belongings with them before getting off the coach. However, if you do leave something behind, you will need to get in touch with the coach company and go to them to collect your lost belongings.


Accommodation is included depending on the tour. All comfort options will be detailed on the event page so please make sure to check what you can book there.

Our camping packages vary depending on the event but will usually include kit like a tent, airbed, sleeping bag, pillow, camping light, padlock and 10L water container. Please check out the event page details so you can know what is on offer.


Our events packages are open to anyone and any size group! Whether you’re going solo or with a bunch of friends, we’ll accommodate you!

Our chosen coach providers do not offer an accessible wheelchair entrance, but we will book private transport for you so you can get to the event. This will be included in the price.

Refunds, cancellations and name changes.

At Rave Tours, we are committed to providing you with the best possible experience and ensuring your satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to make sure our refund policy is fair and transparent. Please take a moment to review our refund policy outlined below:


1. 7-Day No Questions Asked Refund:


We offer a 7-day refund period for all tour bookings, starting from the date of your initial booking. During this time, you are entitled to a full refund of the tour price, no questions asked. If you decide to cancel your tour within this 7-day period, simply contact our customer support team at info@ravetours.com with your booking details, and we will process your refund promptly.


2. Refund Eligibility:


To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:


  • The refund request is made within the 7-day period from the date of booking.
  • You provide all necessary booking details, including the booking reference number and your contact information, when requesting the refund.
  • Bookings made within 1 month of the Tour commencing are not eligible for a refund

3. Processing of Refunds:


Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the original booking. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.


4. Cancellations and Changes:


If you need to cancel or make changes to your tour booking after the 7-day refund period has expired, please contact our customer support team to discuss available options. Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to offer alternative tour dates, credits for future tours, or partial refunds, subject to our discretion.


5. Tour Modifications and Cancellations by Rave Tours:


In the rare event that Rave Tours needs to modify or cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to provide you with suitable alternatives or a full refund. We will communicate any changes or cancellations to you in a timely manner using the contact information you provided during booking.

We will do everything we can to help you but please be aware of our refund policy.

If you can no longer make a tour and you have found a buyer for your package, please send us an email to info@ravetours.com with your name and booking information.


An admin fee of £19.99 will be applicable and must be paid in advance of the name change.
