What can I do if I can no longer attend the event?
Last Updated: 23 June 2025We’ll refund your tour package ticket within 14 days of purchasing it. If it has been longer than this, please contact our team, and we’ll see what we can do to help. If your tickets have arrived, we can’t refund you at this time.
What format does the festival ticket come in?
Last Updated: 23 June 2025Once you’ve bought your tour package, you’ll be added to our Rave Tour WhatsApp group. All you need to do is confirm your name and booking confirmation number to ensure it’s you. You’ll receive your ticket as a PDF via WhatsApp or email within 4 weeks before the event.
