Are there payment plans available?
To ensure that our tours are accessible to as many people as possible, payment plans are available. Depending on the proximity of the event, you can choose between two or three payment options.

When should I book flights/accommodation?
Booking flights and accommodations as soon as possible is highly recommended once you have booked your tour packages. By booking early, you have a greater chance of finding lower fares and discounted hotel rates, as well as increasing your chances of getting your preferred flights and securing accommodation in your desired location.
It is important that flights are booked with at least 3.5 hours between flight arrival time and the bus meet time. This is to make way for any potential delays.

Where is the meeting point?
The meeting point is at Amsterdam Arena Park, which is a 5 minute walk from Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena train station. This station is only a 20 minute journey from both Amsterdam Central and Schiphol Airport.

What time do we meet for the bus?
The bus meet will begin at 10:15am. The tour host will be present from this time to begin checking attendees in. At 10:30am, we will conduct a roll call to confirm that everyone is present. The bus is scheduled to depart for Intents Festival at 11am sharp.
It is of utmost importance that you take these times into account when booking your travel arrangements.

What time does the bus return?
The return bus is scheduled to arrive back at Johan Cruijff Boulevard at 2pm. It is important to take this time into account when booking return flights. We advise to allow adequate time to travel to the airport, and to allow for enough to to pass through security.

Is there anywhere near the bus meet to buy supplies?
There are a vast amount of shops and supermarkets within a 5 minute walk of the bus meet. These include shops such as Albert Hein, Lidl and Decathlon only to mention a few.
Please note that the bus will not stop on route to the festival, so if you need anything before boarding make sure you visit the nearby stores.

Can I drink/smoke on the bus?
Drinking is permitted on the bus under the conditions that all waste is disgarded in the waste bags provided and removed from the bus when arriving at the event.
Glass bottles and open containers are strictly forbidden
Smoking is strictly prohibited. This includes e-cigarettes.
Please respect your surroundings. Anyone who is caught causing damage to the coach will be handed over to the local police and banned from any future tours.

What happens if I am late for the bus?
It is your responsibility to assure that you are on time for the bus. It is crucial to take into account at what time the bus meet begins when you are booking your flights.

Will I be OK if I am on my own?
We strive on making each person feel included and welcomed into our community, even more so for those who choose to make the step to attend an event on their own. A big part of why we do what we do is to bring people together with our passion for music, and so if you are coming alone you can be assured that you will feel welcomed from the very beginning.
This tour will have an optional group chat which will include everyone who is attending. This gives those who want to, a chance to get to know each other.

When will tickets arrive?
Tickets will arrive in the 2 weeks before the event. These will be sent along with a detailed Itinerary providing you with all the important information you will require for your travels with us.

Can I buy camping equipment?
We will not be offering camping equipment for this tour. You can however purchase it from Decathlon.nl using their click and collect service. There is a Decathlon store a 10 minute walk from the bus meet location.

What is your payment plan policy?
Rave Tours Payment Plan Terms and Conditions
Starting a payment plan guarantees your ticket and travel place with Rave Tours LTD.
Who Can Use a Payment Plan?
Available for packages over £250.
Must be 18+ to book.
Payment plans are tour-specific and may run for a maximum of 4 months.
Payment plans will be unavailable 60 days before the event.
How Does It Work?
Deposit: A minimum deposit of 30% is required to start a payment plan. The remaining balance is split into monthly payments from the day of your original payment, based on your plan length.
Automatic Payments: Payments are automatically charged to your chosen payment method on each scheduled date.
Final Payment: The last instalment is due no later than 14 days before your departure. Full payment must be received before event tickets are issued.
Pay Early: You can pay in advance at any time via the payment plan section in your account at ravetours.com.
Refunds & Obligations
Payment plans are eligible for our 7-day refund policy.
Once a payment plan is started, you are obligated to complete all payments.
If you start a payment plan and can no longer attend, you are still required to fulfill your payment plan.
Name changes are not possible on payment plans.
You can sell your place only after your payment plan is complete.
Missed Payments
If you miss a payment, you’ll automatically receive a reminder via email.
You have 3 weeks to catch up on a missed payment via your account. If not paid within this period, your place will be cancelled automatically. All monies paid will be lost, and you will still be required to pay any outstanding balance.
If your place is cancelled due to missed payments, you will not be able to use the payment plan feature for 12 months.

What is your returns policy?
Rave Tours Refund Policy – Updated March 2025
1. 7-Day No Questions Asked Refund
We provide a 7-day refund period for all tour bookings, starting from the date of your initial booking. During this period, you are entitled to a full refund of the tour price, no questions asked.
To request a refund within this 7-day period, simply contact our customer support team at info@ravetours.com with your booking details, and we will process your refund promptly.
2. Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
The refund request is made within the 7-day period from the date of booking.
You provide all necessary booking details, including the booking reference number and your contact information, when submitting your refund request.
Bookings made within 1 month of the tour commencement date are not eligible for a refund.
3. Processing of Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be completed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
4. Tour Modifications and Cancellations by Rave Tours
In the rare event that Rave Tours needs to modify or cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we are committed to providing you with:
Suitable alternative arrangements, or
A full refund of your booking.
We will notify you of any changes or cancellations in a timely manner using the contact information you provided during the booking process.
5. Refunds after 7 days
Sadly we will not be able to offer a refund after 7 days in any circumstances.
