“Hi!

 So this is the first time this has ever happened, for people to be dropped off at the completely wrong entrance to any of our Tours and left at the wrong entrance.

Please accept my apologies this should not have happened and will not happen again, rest assured we will be in discussions with the bus company as soon as their transport manager clocks in on Monday, its pretty much the last straw for this company as they were also two hours late to pick the troops up for Tomorrowland.

I also understand that there were issues with finding the camping area, I will take full responsibility for that; we have already put measures in place for all future tours.

I hope you all have still managed to have an awesome weekend at the amazing Decibel Outdoor.

So, if you want we have put a form on this page so you can get it off your chest, we can learn from it and we can put something together for you all as a way of apologising.

This incident does not fit with our ethos at all and is not of the standard of service you deserve,

Again I do apologise and I can only promise next year’s Decibel Outdoor Tour will be plain sailing for everyone who decides to attend again.
