HARD BASS takes place on Saturday 10th October 2026 at the GelreDome in Arnhem, the Netherlands.

As well as entry to our exclusive GIS x Rave Tours pre-party in the centre of Eindhoven on Friday night and return travel on oir premium party bus to the GelreDome, your VIP event ticket gives you access to VIP entry, VIP bars, VIP toilets, and the exclusive VIP viewing deck, offering a perfect bird’s-eye view of the entire show.

Yes, payment plans are available. You can opt to spread the cost of your tour package over 2 or 3 monthly payments. Each payment will be taken monthly on the same date as the inititial payment until the plan ends.

Tickets will be sent via WhatsApp in the week of the event. These will be sent along with a detailed itinerary providing you with all the important information you will require for your travels with us.

We highly reccommend booking your flights and accommodations as early as possible. Booking early helps you secure lower fares, discounted hotel rates, and your preferred options. 

You can book direct flights to Eindhoven from Manchester or Stanstead. Alternatively you can fly to Amsterdam and board a train at Schiphol Airport direct to Eindhoven Central. 

When booking flights, we strongly advise arriving the day before to eliminate the risk of being late for the bus meet due to delays or cancellations. If arriving the day of the bus meet, ensure that there is at least 4 hours between your flight arrival and the bus meet time to account for any potential travel disruptions.

The meeting point is at the Flying Pins in Eindhoven. This area is a short 5-10 minute walk from Eindhoven Central Station.

The bus meet will begin at 5:30pm. The tour host will be present from tjis time to begin checking attendees in. At 5:50pm we will conduct a roll-call to confirm that everyobe is present. The bus is scheduled to depart for the event at 6pm sharp. It is of utmost importance that you take these time into account when booking your travel arrangements. 

The journey to the venue is 1 hour.

It is your responsibility to assure that you are on time for the bus. It is crucial to take into acount at what tie the bus met begins when you are booking your flights.

Starting a payment plan guarantees your ticket and travel place with Rave Tours LTD

Who Can Use A Payment Plan?

• Available for packages over £150
• Must be 18+ to book
• Paymeny plans are tour-specific and may run for a maximum of 4 months
• Payment plans are unavailable 60 days before the event

How Does it Work?

• Deposit: A minumum deposit of 30% is required to start a payment plan. The remaining balance is split into mothly paymentsfrom the daym of your original payment, based on your plan length.
• Automatic Payments: Payments are automatically charged to your chosen payment mehtod on each scheduled date.
• Final Payment: The last insallment is due no later than 14 days before your departure. Full payment must be received before event tickets are issued.
• Pay Early: You can pay in advance at any time via the payment plan section in your account at www.ravetours.com

Refunds & Obligations

• Payment plans are eligible for our 7-day rfund policy.
• Once a payment plan is started you are obligated to complete all payments.
• If you start a payment plan and can no longer attend you are still required to fulfill your payment plan.
• Name chamges are bot possible on payment plans.
• You can sell your place only after your payment plan is complete.

Missed Payments

If you miss a payment you’ll automatically receive a reminder via email. You have 3 weeks to catch up on a missed payment via your account. If not paid within this period your place will be cancelled automatically, all monies paid will be lost, and you will still be required to pay any outstanding balance. If your place is cancelled due to too many missed payments you will not be able to use the payment plan feature for 12 months.

Rave Tours Refund Policy – Updated March 2025

1. 7-Day No Questions Asked Refund

We provide a 7-day refund period for all tour bookings, starting from the date of your initial booking. During this period, you are entitled to a full refund of the tour price, no questions asked.

To request a refund within this 7-day period, simply contact our customer support team at info@ravetours.com with your booking details, and we will process your refund promptly.

2. Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

• The refund request is made within the 7-day period from the date of booking.
• You provide all necessary booking details, including the booking reference number and your contact information, when submitting your refund request.

Bookings made within 1 month of the tour commencement date are not eligible for a refund.

3. Processing of Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be completed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

4. Tour Modifications and Cancellations by Rave Tours

In the rare event that Rave Tours needs to modify or cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we are committed to providing you with:

• Suitable alternative arrangements, or
• A full refund of your booking.

We will notify you of any changes or cancellations in a timely manner using the contact information you provided during the booking process.
