DAILY COACH TRAVEL FROM THE GRAND DAY NIGHT HOTEL TO WISDOM VALLEY
On each day of the festival, our dedicated coach service will collect you directly from The Grand Day Night HotelPattaya at a scheduled time (TBC), making your journey to Tomorrowland Thailand easy and stress-free.
All coaches are fully air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable ride as you travel together with fellow People of Tomorrow. A friendly Rave Tours tour guide will be waiting to welcome you, check you in, and assist you before departure.
At the end of each festival day, your return coach will depart from a pre-arranged meeting point at the festival site (time TBC), bringing you safely back to The Grand Day Night Hotel Pattaya so you can relax and recharge for the next magical day.

What Airport do I need to fly to?
We recommend flying into Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK), the most convenient gateway to your Tomorrowland Thailand adventure. ✨

What do I do once I arrive at The Grand Day Night Hotel?
What happens next depends on what time you arrive — but don’t worry, we’ll be there to guide you.
Check-in at The Grand Day Night Hotel begins at 14:00. A friendly Rave Tours representative will be in the hotel foyer from 13:00 to welcome you, answer any questions, and help prepare you for check-in.
If you arrive earlier, you’ll be able to store your luggage at the hotel so you can explore the local area or relax nearby until your room is ready.
Once check-in opens, you can settle into your room, relax after your journey, and begin preparing for the magical weekend ahead.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in at The Grand Day Night Hotel begins on Thursday 10th December from 14:00.
A Rave Tours representative will be present in the hotel foyer from 13:00 to welcome you and assist with the check-in process.
Check-out will take place on Tuesday 15th December by 12:00.
Our Rave Tours representative will also be present in the foyer from 11:00 to wish you a safe journey home and thank you for being part of this unforgettable Tomorrowland Thailand experience. ✨
How do I get from the hotel to the festival each day?
All of our experiences include professionally organised coach transport on each day of the festival — Friday, Saturday, and Sunday — so you can travel comfortably between The Grand Day Night Hotel and the festival site at Wisdom Valley.
Coaches will depart from the hotel between 12:00 and 16:00, giving you flexibility to choose when you’d like to head to the festival.
At the end of each festival day, return coaches will be waiting at a pre-arranged meeting point from 23:00 onwards to bring you safely back to the hotel.
Festival closing times are:
Friday & Saturday: 01:00
Sunday: 00:00
Our team will be on hand to guide you to the correct departure point and ensure everyone returns comfortably to The Grand Day Night Hotel after each unforgettable night.
How will I receive my Treasure Case?
For guests based in the UK, your Tomorrowland Treasure Case will be carefully posted to you once we receive them directly from Tomorrowland — so you can hold a piece of the magic in your hands before your journey even begins.
For guests joining us from outside the UK, Treasure Cases cannot be shipped internationally due to high delivery costs. Instead, your unique Tomorrowland Thailand festival bracelet will be available for collection at the Grand Day Night Hotel Pattaya on Thursday 10 December.
What is your payment plan policy?
Rave Tours Payment Plan Terms and Conditions
Starting a payment plan guarantees your ticket and travel place with Rave Tours LTD.
Who Can Use a Payment Plan?
Available for packages over £250.
Must be 18+ to book.
Payment plans are tour-specific and may run for a maximum of 6 months.
Payment plans will be unavailable 60 days before the event.
How Does It Work?
Deposit: A minimum deposit of 30% is required to start a payment plan. The remaining balance is split into monthly payments from the day of your original payment, based on your plan length.
Automatic Payments: Payments are automatically charged to your chosen payment method on each scheduled date.
Final Payment: The last instalment is due no later than 14 days before your departure. Full payment must be received before event tickets are issued.
Pay Early: You can pay in advance at any time via the payment plan section in your account at ravetours.com.
Refunds & Obligations
Payment plans are eligible for our 7-day refund policy.
Once a payment plan is started, you are obligated to complete all payments.
If you start a payment plan and can no longer attend, you are still required to fulfill your payment plan.
Name changes are not possible on payment plans. You can sell your place only after your payment plan is complete.
Missed Payments
If you miss a payment, you’ll automatically receive a reminder via email.
You have 3 weeks to catch up on a missed payment via your account. If not paid within this period, your place may be cancelled. All monies paid will be lost, and you will still be required to pay any outstanding balance.
If your place is cancelled due to missed payments, you will not be able to use the payment plan feature for 12 months.

What is your refund policy?
Rave Tours Refund Policy – Updated August 2025
1. 7-Day No Questions Asked Refund
We provide a 7-day refund period for all tour bookings, starting from the date of your initial booking. During this period, you are entitled to a full refund of the tour price, no questions asked.
To request a refund within this 7-day period, simply contact our customer support team at help@ravetours.com with your booking details, and we will process your refund promptly.
2. Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
The refund request is made within the 7-day period from the date of booking.
You provide all necessary booking details, including the booking reference number and your contact information, when submitting your refund request.
Bookings made within 1 month of the tour commencement date are not eligible for a refund.
3. Processing of Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original booking. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be completed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
4. Tour Modifications and Cancellations by Rave Tours
In the rare event that Rave Tours needs to modify or cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we are committed to providing you with:
Suitable alternative arrangements, or
A full refund of your booking.
We will notify you of any changes or cancellations in a timely manner using the contact information you provided during the booking process.
5. Refunds after 7 days
Sadly we will not be able to offer a refund after 7 days in any circumstances.
