Check-in at The Grand Day Night Hotel begins at 14:00. A friendly Rave Tours representative will be in the hotel foyer from 13:00 to welcome you, answer any questions, and help prepare you for check-in.
If you arrive earlier, you’ll be able to store your luggage at the hotel so you can explore the local area or relax nearby until your room is ready.
Once check-in opens, you can settle into your room, relax after your journey, and begin preparing for the magical weekend ahead.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in at The Grand Day Night Hotel begins on Thursday 10th December from 14:00.
A Rave Tours representative will be present in the hotel foyer from 13:00 to welcome you and assist with the check-in process.
Check-out will take place on Tuesday 15th December by 12:00.

How do I get from the hotel to the festival each day?
All of our experiences include professionally organised coach transport on each day of the festival — Friday, Saturday, and Sunday — so you can travel comfortably between The Grand Day Night Hotel and the festival site at Wisdom Valley.
Coaches will depart from the hotel between 12:00 and 16:00, giving you flexibility to choose when you’d like to head to the festival.
At the end of each festival day, return coaches will be waiting at a pre-arranged meeting point from 23:00 onwards to bring you safely back to the hotel.

How will I receive my Treasure Case?
For guests based in the UK, your Tomorrowland Treasure Case will be carefully posted to you once we receive them directly from Tomorrowland — so you can hold a piece of the magic in your hands before your journey even begins.
For guests joining us from outside the UK, Treasure Cases cannot be shipped internationally due to high delivery costs. Instead, your unique Tomorrowland Thailand festival bracelet will be available for collection at the Grand Day Night Hotel Pattaya on Thursday 10 December.
