• The Loudest City experience: three days Mainstage, dark hours, endshows, parades & more
• An EPIC WKND experience with (after)parties and activities at Lakeside
• Separate Premium entrance

• Access to the Premium-decks on the festival with their own bar and toilets
• Access to the Decibel outdoor Lakeside campsite from Friday 12.00 till Monday 12.00
• Access to the festival terrain on Friday from 15.00 till 01.00, on Saturday from 13.00 till 01.00 and
on Savage Sunday from 13.00 till 23.30

When is Decibel Outdoor Festival?

Decibel Outdoor Festival takes place at Beekse Bergen from the 15th of August until 18th August 2025.
Are there payment plans available?

Yes, payment plans are available. You can opt for 2, 3 or 4 monthly payments depending on the proximity to the event. This flexibility allows you to manage your budget while securing your spot at the festival.
What happens if I miss a payment?

Don't worry! You can make a payment anytime by logging into the 'my account' section on the Rave Tours website. Here you will have access to your payment plans and payment details to make a missed payment at your convenience.
Where is the meeting point?

The meeting point is at Amsterdam Arena Park, which is a 5 minute walk from Amsterdam Bijlmer Arena train station. This station is only a 20 minute journey from both Amsterdam Central and Schiphol Airport.
What is the schedule for the bus meet?

The bus meet will begin at 11:30am. The tour host will be present from this time to begin checking attendees in. At 12:00pm, we will conduct a roll call to confirm that everyone is present. The bus is scheduled to depart for Decibel Outdoor Festival at 12:30pm sharp. It is of utmost importance that you take these times into account when booking your travel arrangements.
When will the return bus arrive back at Amsterdam Arena?

The return bus is scheduled to arrive back at Johan Cruijff Boulevard at 2pm. It is important to take this time into account when booking return flights. We advise to allow adequate time to travel to the airport, and to allow for enough to to pass through security.
When should I book flights/accommodation?

Booking flights and accommodations as soon as possible is highly recommended. Early booking increases your chances of finding lower fares and discounted hotel rates, as well as securing your preferred flights and accommodation in your desired location.
What happens if I am late for the bus?

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are on time for the bus. Please take into account the bus meet start time of 11:30am when booking your flights to avoid any issues with your travel plans.
Is drinking/smoking allowed on the bus?

Drinking is permitted on the bus under the condition that all waste is discarded in the waste bags provided and removed from the bus upon arrival at the event. Glass bottles and open containers are strictly forbidden. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited. Please respect your surroundings. Anyone caught causing damage to the coach will be handed over to the local police and banned from any future tours.
Is there anywhere near the bus meet to buy supplies?

There are a vast amount of shops and supermarkets within a 5 minute walk of the bus meet. These include shops such as Albert Hein, Lidl and Decathlon only to mention a few. Please note that the bus will not stop on route to the festival, so if you need anything before boarding make sure you visit the nearby stores.
Does Rave Tours provide camping equipment?

Unfortunately, we don't provide camping equipment as part of our service. However, Amsterdam has several Decathlon stores where you can easily order any camping gear you need. You can place your order online and pick up your items in-store once you arrive in Amsterdam.
How does Rave Tours support solo travellers?

When will I receive my tickets?

Tickets will arrive in the two weeks before the event, along with a detailed itinerary providing all the important information you will need for your travels with us. Bus tickets will also arrive in due course.
What is the returns policy?

At Rave Tours, we are committed to providing you with the best possible experience and ensuring your satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to make sure our refund policy is fair and transparent. Please take a moment to review our refund policy outlined below:

1. 7-Day No Questions Asked Refund: We offer a 7-day refund period for all tour bookings, starting from the date of your initial booking. During this time, you are entitled to a full refund of the tour price, no questions asked. If you decide to cancel your tour within this 7-day period, simply contact our customer support team at info@ravetours.com with your booking details, and we will process your refund promptly.
2. Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met: The refund request is made within the 7-day period from the date of booking. You provide all necessary booking details, including the booking reference number and your contact information, when requesting the refund. Bookings made within 1 month of the Tour commencing are not eligible for a refund
3. Processing of Refunds: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the original booking. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
4. Cancellations and Changes: If you need to cancel or make changes to your tour booking after the 7-day refund period has expired, please contact our customer support team to discuss available options. Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to offer alternative tour dates, credits for future tours, or partial refunds, subject to our discretion.
5. Tour Modifications and Cancellations by Rave Tours: In the rare event that Rave Tours needs to modify or cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to provide you with suitable alternatives or a full refund. We will communicate any changes or cancellations to you in a timely manner using the contact information you provided during booking.
