Where is the meeting point?
The meeting point is at Amsterdam Arena, just a 10-minute walk from Amsterdam Bijlmer train station. Make sure to plan your journey accordingly to arrive on time.

What is the schedule for the bus meet?
The bus meet will begin at 11:30am. The tour host will be present from this time to begin checking attendees in. At 12:00pm, we will conduct a roll call to confirm that everyone is present. The bus is scheduled to depart for Decibel Outdoor Festival at 12:30pm sharp. It is of utmost importance that you take these times into account when booking your travel arrangements.

When will the return bus arrive back at Amsterdam Arena?
The return bus is scheduled to arrive back at Johan Cruijff Boulevard at 2pm. It is important to take this time into account when booking return flights. We advise to allow adequate time to travel to the airport, and to allow for enough to to pass through security.

What happens if I am late for the bus?
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are on time for the bus. Please take into account the bus meet start time of 11:30 am when booking your flights to avoid any issues with your travel plans.

Is drinking/smoking allowed on the bus?
Drinking is permitted on the bus under the condition that all waste is discarded in the waste bags provided and removed from the bus upon arrival at the event. Glass bottles and open containers are strictly forbidden. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited. Please respect your surroundings. Anyone caught causing damage to the coach will be handed over to the local police and banned from any future tours.

All purchases fall under our 7-day refund policy. After 7 days full payment for your option will be required. Please refer to our FAQ's page for more information.
