Deposits

Placing a deposit is a great way to make our Tours more affordable for you. You can either pay a 33% Tour deposit or pay the full price of the previous year’s Tour cost.

We will notify you when packages are expected to go on sale giving you time to get prepared to make your purchase.

When is Rampage Open Air Festival?

Rampage Open Air Festival is a thrilling drum & bass event hosted at Kristalpark in Lommel, Belgium. This year, the festival will run from Friday, July 4th, to Monday, July 7th.
Are payment plans available for the Awakenings Summer Festival tour?

Yes, payment plans are available. You can opt for 2, 3, or 4 monthly payments depending on the proximity to the event. This flexibility allows you to manage your budget while securing your spot at the festival.
What happens if I miss a payment?

Don't worry! You can make a payment anytime by logging into the 'my account' section on the Rave Tours website. Here you will have access to your payment plans and payment details to make a missed payment at your convenience.
Where is the meeting point?

The meeting point is at Brussels Central Station. Make sure to plan your journey accordingly to arrive on time.
What is the schedule for the bus meet?

The bus meet begins at 11:00pm, with the tour host present to check attendees in. A roll call will be conducted at 11:35 am to confirm everyone's presence. The bus is scheduled to depart for the event at 11:30 am sharp. It's crucial to consider these times when booking your travel arrangements.
When will the return bus arrive back at Brussels Central Station?

The return bus is scheduled to arrive back at Brussels Central Station on Monday, July 7th, by 1:00pm at the latest. The journey from the venue takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
When should I book flights/accommodation?

Booking flights and accommodations as soon as possible is highly recommended. Early booking increases your chances of finding lower fares and discounted hotel rates, as well as securing your preferred flights and accommodation in your desired location.

Ensure that flights are booked with at least 3.5 hours between flight arrival time and the bus meet time to accommodate any potential delays.
What happens if I am late for the bus?

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are on time for the bus. Please take into account the bus meet start time of 11:00am when booking your flights to avoid any issues with your travel plans.
Is drinking/smoking allowed on the bus?

Drinking is permitted on the bus under the condition that all waste is discarded in the waste bags provided and removed from the bus upon arrival at the event. Glass bottles and open containers are strictly forbidden. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited.
How does Rave Tours support solo travellers?

Does Rave Tours provide camping equipment?

Unfortunately, we don't provide camping equipment as part of our service. However, Amsterdam has several Decathlon stores where you can easily order any camping gear you need. You can place your order online and pick up your items in-store once you arrive in Amsterdam.
When will I receive my tickets?

Tickets will arrive in the two weeks before the event, along with a detailed itinerary providing all the important information you will need for your travels with us. Bus tickets will also arrive in due course.
What is the returns policy?

At Rave Tours, we are committed to providing you with the best possible experience and ensuring your satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to make sure our refund policy is fair and transparent. Please take a moment to review our refund policy outlined below:

1. 7-Day No Questions Asked Refund: We offer a 7-day refund period for all tour bookings, starting from the date of your initial booking. During this time, you are entitled to a full refund of the tour price, no questions asked. If you decide to cancel your tour within this 7-day period, simply contact our customer support team at info@ravetours.com with your booking details, and we will process your refund promptly.
2. Refund Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met: The refund request is made within the 7-day period from the date of booking. You provide all necessary booking details, including the booking reference number and your contact information, when requesting the refund. Bookings made within 1 month of the Tour commencing are not eligible for a refund
3. Processing of Refunds: Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the original booking. Please allow 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
4. Cancellations and Changes: If you need to cancel or make changes to your tour booking after the 7-day refund period has expired, please contact our customer support team to discuss available options. Depending on the circumstances, we may be able to offer alternative tour dates, credits for future tours, or partial refunds, subject to our discretion.
5. Tour Modifications and Cancellations by Rave Tours: In the rare event that Rave Tours needs to modify or cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, we will make every effort to provide you with suitable alternatives or a full refund. We will communicate any changes or cancellations to you in a timely manner using the contact information you provided during booking.

Defqon and Decibel - These 2 festivals were an absolutely unreal experience! I cannot fault anything about them and that’s mainly down to how Nick & the crew organise everything, from transport & providing camping equipment. The great communication back and forth shows they do everything they can to keep you updated and provide you with great customer service. Can’t recommend them enough and can’t wait to do more in the near future with them 🙌🏻🙌🏻
