  • When is REBiRTH Festival?

    REBiRTH Festival is an electrifying dance music festival held in the quaint village of Haaren, Netherlands. This year, it will take place from Friday, April 10th, to Monday, April 13th. Get ready for an unforgettable weekend of music and fun!

  • Are payment plans available for the REBiRTH Festival tour?

    Yes, payment plans are available. You can opt for 2-4 monthly payments depending on the proximity to the event. This flexibility allows you to manage your budget while securing your spot at the festival.

  • What happens if I miss a payment?

    Don't worry! You can make a payment anytime by logging into the 'my account' section on the Rave Tours website. Here you will have access to your payment plans and payment details to make a missed payment at your convenience.

  • Where is the meeting point?

    The meeting point is at Amsterdam Arena, just a 10-minute walk from Amsterdam Bijlmer train station. Make sure to plan your journey accordingly to arrive on time.

  • What is the schedule for the bus meet?

    The bus meet begins at 10:30 am, with the tour host present to check attendees in. A roll call will be conducted at 10:55 am to confirm everyone's presence. The bus is scheduled to depart for the event at 11:00 am sharp. It's crucial to consider these times when booking your travel arrangements. The journey to the venue takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

  • When will the return bus arrive back at Amsterdam Arena?

    The return bus is scheduled to arrive back at Amsterdam Arena on Monday, April 13th, by 1:00 pm at the latest. The journey from the venue takes approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

  • When should I book flights/accommodation?

    Booking flights and accommodations as soon as possible is highly recommended. Early booking increases your chances of finding lower fares and discounted hotel rates, as well as securing your preferred flights and accommodation in your desired location. Ensure that flights are booked with at least 3.5 hours between flight arrival time and the bus meet time to accommodate any potential delays.

  • What happens if I am late for the bus?

    It is your responsibility to ensure that you are on time for the bus. Please take into account the bus meet start time of 10:30 am when booking your flights to avoid any issues with your travel plans.

  • Is drinking/smoking allowed on the bus?

    Drinking is permitted on the bus under the condition that all waste is discarded in the waste bags provided and removed from the bus upon arrival at the event. Glass bottles and open containers are strictly forbidden. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited. Please respect your surroundings. Anyone caught causing damage to the coach will be handed over to the local police and banned from any future tours.

  • Does Rave Tours provide camping equipment?

    Unfortunately, we don't provide camping equipment as part of our service. However, Amsterdam has several Decathlon stores where you can easily order any camping gear you need. You can place your order online and pick up your items in-store once you arrive in Amsterdam.

  • How does Rave Tours support solo travellers?

    We strive to make each person feel included and welcomed into our community, especially those attending an event on their own. Our mission is to bring people together through our passion for music, so if you're coming alone, rest assured you'll feel welcomed from the very beginning.

  • When will I receive my tickets?

    Tickets will arrive in the two weeks before the event, along with a detailed itinerary providing all the important information you will need for your travels with us. Bus tickets will also arrive in due course.

  • Can I visit friends in comfort accommodation?

    Yes. You are able to access all areas of REBiRTH Residence.

Defqon and Decibel - These 2 festivals were an absolutely unreal experience! I cannot fault anything about them and that’s mainly down to how Nick & the crew organise everything, from transport & providing camping equipment. The great communication back and forth shows they do everything they can to keep you updated and provide you with great customer service. Can’t recommend them enough and can’t wait to do more in the near future with them 🙌🏻🙌🏻
