How Payment Plans Work
Booking with a payment plan is simple.
Choose Your Festival
Browse our upcoming tours and pick your destination.
pay your deposit
A minimum deposit of 30% secures your place on the tour.
Monthly Instalments
The remaining balance is automatically divided into monthly payments based on the length of your plan.
Final Payment
Your final instalment must be completed no later than 14 days before departure, after which your tickets and package will be confirmed.
who can use a payment plan?
Payment plans are available for most Rave Tours packages, provided the following conditions are met:
Available for packages over £250
You must be 18 years or older to book
Payment plans are tour specific
Plans may run for up to 4 months depending on the event date
Payment plans are unavailable within 60 days of the event
The earlier you book, the more time you may have to spread the cost of your trip.

Once your plan is completed, your tour package is fully confirmed and ready for your upcoming festival experience.
missed payments
If a payment is missed, you will receive an email reminder.
You will have up to three weeks to catch up on the payment before your place is cancelled. If payments are not completed within this period, the booking may be cancelled and previous payments may be forfeited.
If a plan is cancelled due to missed payments, payment plan access may be restricted for a period of time.

Please note the following conditions when using a payment plan:
Payment plans are subject to our 7-day refund policy.
Once a payment plan begins, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments.
Name changes cannot be made while a payment plan is active.
If you can no longer attend, your place may only be resold once the plan has been fully paid.
